  • Wendi Lester Efflandt

    Wendi Lester Efflandt is the managing attorney of Heritage Law. Born in Texas, she attended Stephen F. Austin State University and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation Services, and a minor in Interpreting for the Deaf. She then graduated from Baylor University School of Law in 1998. She founded her own law firm in 2000, which is now Heritage Law. She is licensed to practice law in both Texas and Wisconsin. She is the proud mother of 2 young men and a doting wife to Scott. She is a member of Williamson County Inns of Court, Christian Legal Society and the Williamson County Bar Association. She is the founder of a non-profit, www.forjust1.org, which provides faith based humanitarian aid to the poor and oppressed and empowers young students, specifically the girl child of Kenya. Fun fact: As Wendi has a second degree blackbelt in Taekwondo, she is also office security.

  • Broc White

    Broc is an attorney with Heritage Law. Raised in Arizona, he is a recent transplant to Texas. Broc graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University with a degree in Political Science. Following college graduation Broc joined the Marines where he served for 4 years after college graduation as an infantry rifleman .

    After his service in the Marines, Broc attended University of Iowa College of Law. Broc loves hiking and going to sporting events, and is very excited to explore all that the Hill Country has to offer.

  • Kate Garcia

    Kate is the Office Manager of Heritage Law. She has worked with our office since 2000. A Texas transplant, Kate has lived in Georgetown for 25 years and raised two beautiful children here. She knows a little bit about everything that happens in the office, and has been trying to keep Wendi organized for over 20 years . As much as Kate likes to work, she also enjoys camping with her husband, Vince, , going to concerts, and wondering how many dogs is, in fact, too many….

  • Bonnie Sivertsen

    Bonnie is a legal assistant at Heritage Law. She has worked with our office since 2013. Prior to coming to work with us, Bonnie worked for a prominent Williamson County criminal attorney for over 15 years. Bonnie has 2 children and 3 grandchildren who mean the world to her. She and her late husband, Rich Siversten (aka Coach Si), have been very active in the Georgetown community for over 30 years. In her free time, Bonnie enjoys walking and spending time with friends. In addition to her primary job functions, Bonnie has won the “Nicest Person in the Office” award every year that she has worked in our office.
